MacPro (2009 Model), 2 Monitors, UPS in GOSNELLS, Western Australia for sale
I have for sale the following setup, which is pretty much all ready to go for any editor! A great machine.
Details are -
MacPro (Early 2009 model, also know as MacPro4,1)
2x 2.26GHz Intel Quad Core Xeon (ie 8 cores)
28GB 1066Mhz DDR3 ECC SDRAM
512GB Solid State Drive (Main Drive) plus 2x 2TB 7200rpm Hard Drives. (1 bay still free).
ATi Radeon HD5870 1GB Graphics Card (top of the range for these models)
PCI CaliDigit USB3 Card with 2xUSB3 ports and 2x eSATA ports.
PCI eSATA RocketRAID card with 4xeSATA
Also included (but not in the machine) is a Sonnet Allegro FW800 PCI card (3 Firewire800 ports), incase you wanted to swap out one of the above cards.
Apple Wireless Keyboard and Apple Wireless Magic Mouse
All the other normal ports
2x Gigabit Ethernet, Wireless 802.11n, Bluetooth
5x USB (3 on back, 2 on front), 4x Firewire800 (2 on back, 2 on front)
SuperDrive (with 1 bay free for another SuperDrive or BluRay burner).
Also comes with an EIZO Colour Edge 19" Edge Display (high end monitor) which can run either Vertical or Horizontal. (also has 2xUSB and 2 DVI ports on display as well.)
Also comes with a Viewsonic VX2433WM 24" Monitor (with DVI, VGA and HDMI connections).
So you can have Dual Screen editing straight away!!
Also included is a Liebert UPS with 3x Battery Backup and Surge Protection and 2x Surge Protection and cables for all the above gear. This means you can have it all running if the power goes out for a few minutes or more.....
(Worthwhile to protect your gear,...or not lose the work you're on in a power failure).
All drives have had a secure erase done and a clean install of 10.9.4 on it as well, so it's all ready to go.
This is a great machine and with the added Solid State Drive makes it very fast for any type of editing. So really, all ready to go. Just set it up and start using it, knowing you don't have to add or purchase anything else with it!
